Disappointing Experience with Ray White
I had a very frustrating experience with Ray White regarding my property. It seemed the agents were more concerned about accommodating the tenant than addressing my concerns. The damages caused by the tenant and the necessary pruning of plants were overlooked, reflecting a “let it go” attitude. Additionally, the staff offered me the option to let the tenant go before the lease ended, promising they would find a new tenant at a higher rent. Thankfully, I decided to charge the tenant until Ray White found a replacement. Unfortunately, they ended up finding a tenant at a lower rent. I can’t help but wonder what would have happened if I had trusted their advice. I felt my concerns were not taken seriously, and it was disappointing to see a lack of accountability. I expected better support from a well-known agency. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Ray White based on my experience.
