Sophie was great. Punctual and helpful. We had a lovely time at inspecrion. Not my first rental with Raywhite either.

Straight from the get go, property manager Uaina has been amazing. She listened to our tricky situation, was approachable, friendly and provided us with support throughout our application process. The application was processed so quickly, and over the weekend, we appreciate her efforts and are looking forward to continuing our relationship with her and Ray White Cranbourne :)

We are sincerely grateful for the opportunity to work with Uaina. Following our initial contact on 12 October, I provided a transparent overview of our requirements, which she understood clearly. We secured a property three weeks later and feel fortunate to have found a home for our three children. We look forward to this new chapter and wish Uaina continued success in her profession.

We applied for a house and our paper work went through straight away, Sophie had organised it all. Sophie’s communication and response time was amazing! She got back to us super quick and made sure we had all the things we needed. She made things happen super quick and made our lives stress free! Great to work with!!!

Ray White staff have been really lovely and helpful the whole way through, from when we initially inspected the house to follow up when we applied. They were always giving us updates as to how it was all going and kept us in the loop. All staff have been lovely to deal with. I cannot recommend Ray White Cranbourne staff highly enough.

Sophie was great to interact with. She was quick to respond and get the lease finalised and was very empathetic and human in her approach. We really appreciated how she worked with us to make sure we could move in on a date that worked for us too. She kept us updated throughout the process and followed up closely, even during what was clearly a busy time. Thanks Sophie :)
