Upon completing year 12 Breanna took her first step into real estate as an assistant Property Manager, shortly after, she began managing her own portfolio. Having grown up in a family that believes very strongly in the long term benefits of property investment, Breanna has a very clear understanding of the concerns and aspirations of the many landlords she assists on a daily basis. Having witnessed first-hand the difference that various property managers had made to her parent’s investment performance over the years, it was no surprise that Breanna chose to pursue a career in this field as soon as she could. With this background in mind, it is no surprise that so many of Breanna’s clients mention factors like her strong communication skills, highly organized and thorough approach and her attention to detail as some of the key reasons she has made a difference to their own investment performance. Extremely professional

Exceptionally amazing to deal with, Jenny especially made our experience seamless We had issues with the home we were moving into but she was quick to act and fixed all the issues quickly and professionally Cannot appreciate her more than we did, she made our move in possible, we are very lucky to have such an amazing property manager

A genuinely helpful and reliable agent

My experience working with Uaina Purcell during the rental process was very positive. She was consistently clear, organised and easy to communicate with, which made everything feel straightforward. I appreciated how responsive she was and how quickly she followed up on any questions I had. She explained each step in a simple and practical way and made sure I had all the information I needed. Excellent customer service ,clear and concise communication.Quick to respond to concerns,

Clear communication, I believe that Uaina definitely used her negotiating skills to help us secure this property as we already had another property secured she came through just in time and she communicated with is every step of the way. I would also say that she is very committed as communication and instructions we communicated pass her office hours. Very friendly and responded to all requests in timely manner, even the agent that was there for the first inspection was very warm and interactive with the applicants Cranbourne Raywhite's management should be very proud of their team.

Excellent communicator and smooth rental procedure.

Good communications, happy with their service. Only drawbacks was distance between the agency and actual property, as well as missing to give me the remote garage door, although I had been advised there is.
