Upon completing year 12 Breanna took her first step into real estate as an assistant Property Manager, shortly after, she began managing her own portfolio. Having grown up in a family that believes very strongly in the long term benefits of property investment, Breanna has a very clear understanding of the concerns and aspirations of the many landlords she assists on a daily basis. Having witnessed first-hand the difference that various property managers had made to her parent’s investment performance over the years, it was no surprise that Breanna chose to pursue a career in this field as soon as she could. With this background in mind, it is no surprise that so many of Breanna’s clients mention factors like her strong communication skills, highly organized and thorough approach and her attention to detail as some of the key reasons she has made a difference to their own investment performance. Now taking on the role of Department Manager, Emmah brings a wealth of experience and strong leadership to the team. She thrives on fostering positive relationships and creating a harmonious work environment, always prioritizing honesty and a strong work ethic. Uaina is an excellent property manager with great knowledge and communicates details accurately.

We were on a hunt for a rental and Ray White came through. Uaina Purcell, the property manager was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was patient and informative every step of the way and was kind enough to answer all of our questions. She was very responsive to both phone calls and email. Suri the Flash!

Suri and his team has nothing but exceptional. From the first day up to date, he has been an angel and very patient with us. I also said the flash because it only took him 1 week to advertise and lease the property the next week.
