My Experience
My experience with Ray White has been very good. When letting my property they kept me informed and updated me with the letting progress. I was impressed with the number of 'inspections' that were undertaken both mid week and weekends. I attended one of these myself. The reporting of number of enquiries on the internet was also very thorough. I also value greatly their screening process. I was given the opportunity to comment on prospective tenants. I was happy to see that applications were screened thoroughly and that I, as the landlord was not heavily encouraged to accept the first or second application that was submitted. Even the process of letting my property took around six weeks, I am so far pleased with the tenant. Let's hope the tenant is respectful and enjoys living in my property. Thank you to Sophie and Theresa. I am heavily invested and care about my rental properties and I expect that my managing agents are aware of this and provide me with a great service.
