Ray White Cranbourne have been a positive, refreshing change from my previous managing agency. My property manager Lucy and leasing agent Sophie have been wonderful in addressing my concerns in relation to property management and re-leasing in a timely and efficient manner. The communication has been great. The property was leased out fairly quickly and the condition reports done to an exceptional (very detailed and thorough) standard. There are a few ongoing maintenance issues and hiccups with the previous tenant that are also being dealt with in a professional and diligent manner. Thank you for your work!
