Ray White Cranbourne helped lease this property

Suri & Team take a chance to do good

challenging personal circumstances left us needing a new home to start over. Our application could’ve been overlooked for various valid reasons. However, Suri, Taryn, Sophie and the ray white Cranbourne team, took a chance to do good and approved us for a home within 72 hrs. I felt valued as a human. Their customer experience was exceptional. Rather than judge, Suri & team sought to understand our needs and tailored a perfect solution. While processing our application, their knowledge of the market was demonstrated in their ability to provide various suitable options coupled with a problem solving mindset to arrive at the best solution for us. Without hesitation, I highly recommend services by Suri and the Ray white Cranbourne team due to their professionalism demonstrated in their clear and effective communication methods, a customer centric approach all while being solution focused for the mutual benefit of all parties involved.
