This experience was very smooth. The communication of available rental properties was very efficient. At the inspections agent/s were approachable, responsive and very friendly. The application process was also straight forward that we did not have an issue. Appreciated the email contact to advise where the state of my application was in the 'queue'. Also the contact once the application proceeded to the final stage before acceptance. Overall a very smooth process and appreciation of the agents involved, who did an excellent job with keeping us in the loop. I would also like to give recognition to Uaina Purcell for her utmost professionalism and amazing service she has given us throughout the onboarding process. Thank you Uaina.
