As a first time Vendor I was a little apprehensive of how the sale would turn out, but luckily I was able to strike gold with Kate and her team, getting an offer in a matter of days. I felt I received an outstanding level of communication by Kate and her two Assistants Monique and Isabella, always keeping me updated on how the sale campaign was progressing and when each home open was booked. I spoke to a number of Agents in the Cranbourne area , but chose Kate due to the ease in which I was able to speak to her and not feel like I was receiving a sales pitch.
