He spent a considerable amount of time explaining the market, showing us comparable properties, going over recent sales in the area and we decided he was the agent we would list our home with. One of Mums last requests was the unit be sold through Ray White real estate in Cranbourne, she had some experience of Kate when they had a valuation on the unit and was given some sound advice. Our own experience when we met the 3 prospective real estate agent to sell the unit was also along the same lines of Mum. Kate’s presentation was excellent and so easy to understand were other agents seemed to be complex and and wanting us to spend money that was not necessary to sell the unit. Communication was excellent through the whole selling stage and we loved the fact that at any stage we could have a conversation regarding anything about our situation and very easy to talk to and understand The over all process was fantastic in that we knew exactly that Kate and her 2 offsiders, Isabella and Monique were communicating with us after an open house in all different weather patterns and following up on prospective buyers, their efforts always showed us that their only interest was to sell the unit. With the overall process l would like to say at stages things got on top of us and that is because of the depressed market also Mums unit was a quality product but definately in the wrong block of other units. Understanding that things were the way they were we always admired Kate’s efforts and support of us in selling the unit. The overall selling period was only just under 3 months and to us that was amazing. The experience as a customer was all that we had hoped for, prompt, efficient, reliable and knowledgable but of coarse not everyone is going to like the unit but in the end the right person bought it. As far as a recommendation the agent in the future goes our first experience with a real estate agent was in 1972 and things were very hard and stringent and then when we sold in 1991 it was a horrid process and left a very nasty taste in our mouths but Kate from the minute we met we had an instant repore with her which filled us with hope and joy
