If I could , I'd give Peter 6 stars !!! I have lived in my current home for nearly 21 years and was very skeptical of Real Estate agents prior to the hiring of Peter Khamis. I had interviewed a few for the job of selling and immediately felt comfortable with Peter. He has had amazing success in Cranbourne North and it was clearly evident why. He was very friendly, courteous, confident and made a stressful scenario of selling, look easy. My house was also open on Sunday's whilst other agents homes were closed. To me, that's a strong factor to chose Peter if your considering selling.

Had a great experience with Peter for the sale of my home. Selected Peter as our agent because of his many years of experience and expertise. He and his team were fantastic with communicating and keep us in the loop at all times. I never had to chase them for updates which is so helpful. The process of selling is quite stressful however I felt like Peter and his team were in control and kept me feeling supported and calm. I would definitely recommend and use Peter and Ray White in the future. Thanks for all your help!!

Very professional manner whether it be at the house inspection or at the office. Was always happy to answer questions and issues I had with purchasing my first home. Has kept me up to date with happenings of the sale and any information needed from me. Did not pressure me in any way to go through with placing an offer on the house I liked. I felt very at ease dealing with him throughout this whole journey.

We purchased a property in Cranbourne North through Ray White and Mark was the selling agent. Mark was fantastic, very accomodating a happy to spend as much time as we wanted with us whilst walking through the property. He did not rush us and made us feel very comfortable. Right from getting an estimate of our house value, Chaminda was efficient and always available. He carefully explained the choices of selling strategies and helped us make a rational decision on asking price etc. In the deflating market at the moment he had to work very hard and was virtually in contact with us 24/7 explaining offers and communicating results.

This is my 3rd sale with Paul and i wouldnt hesitate in recommending him to anyone looking for a genuine real estate agent. (thats right there are some out there). Paul was a pleasure to deal with and always kept me in the loop with any interest or discussions around the sale of my properties. I would consider him an expert in the field and hold anyone i deal with to a high standard which he was able to maintain. He also provides hints and tips around how to best market and present my property. All 3 sales were quick with 2 of them extremily quick (within 2 weeks sold!) If you are looking for someone who is on your side i would definately reccomend Paul.
