I first purchased the land from Matt around 5 years ago. After my experience with Matt during the purchase process, I had no hesitation asking him to handle the sale. Communications were frequent and honest, something Much appreciated I would have no hestation in recommending Matt as a effective, reliable and honest agent

After just selling a house through Mark Simons at Ray White Cranbourne in just 5 days and getting the right price I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future. Communication was great , advertising was very informative and of a high standard and the whole process from start to finish was very smooth. Great work Mark and the team at Ray White Cranbourne for making this so easy.
Mark Simons
Has been extremely helpful and professional through the whole process.

We found Matt easy to deal with, he listened to our wants and needs and mostly got on with it and left us alone, which is what we wanted

Mathew is one of the best agents we used him to buy our house and he was as good then as he was in selling our house 10 years later. His communication-is wonderful and the way he is willing to go out of his way to help is a wonderful thing when at times you feel overwhelmed.I would strongly recommend Mathew as an agent

Mark is truly exceptional. This is the first time we feel at ease dealing with a real estate agent that is not only knowledgeable in the market, but also relatable to our circumstance and personal preference for our first home. He is professional and efficient, and has assisted us in a great deal communicating with the vendor, conveyancer and different parties relating the purchase. Mark is very patience and has gone above and beyond in what I have expected of him. It has been such a great blessing to have Mark helping us in purchasing our first home. Thank you for all the hard work that you have done for us, especially those above and beyond your job description. Congratulation for being an awesome agent again! I am definitely looking forward to a long term relationship with you and RayWhite.

Paul was very helpful to my mother with the sale of her home. He knew what would be better for me to take care of leaving mum to concentrate on her next adventure. Paul was easy to talk to and everything felt effortless with a great result better than we expected.

Very easy sale, with great communication throughout. Went above and beyond at open house inspections and always kept us up to date with what was happening during the sale period. Would highly recommended and would personally use again if selling another home.

We dealt mainly with Isabella who has been absolutely wonderful. She’s genuine and very efficient. We really appreciate everything she did for us. We didnt have much to do with Kate but everything went smoothly with her and we are greatful for her help as well especially with her advice on the deposit bond process. The only critisism we have and this is no reflection on Isabella or Kate but of the buying process with Ray white in general. We didn’t not feel much support for the buyer. The process of buying was very drawn out, complexed required a lot of extra time, money and presence when we both have very busy work schedules. We didn’t understand why we should have to wait for our offer to be presented in person when it could have taken a phone call. While that is a great service for the vendor, it’s a very time consuming process to achieve the same outcome. It would have been nice to be able to put the sold sticker on the board ourselves too. I’m not sure if that is an option?
