When I first met Chaminda it was about 3 months out from when I was looking to sell. I was impressed from the start with professionalism and knowledge of the area and he comes across as honest and genuinely wanting to look after the vendors interest first. After hearing all he had to say I advised him was happy and asked that he respected my decision to sell in a few months rather than straight away as i was still weighing up options on whether to sell or rent. He put me on to his rental agent who was just as professional and not pushy. I also advised him not to call me i would call him and was not looking to shop him around unless he started chasing me for the listing. Approx 3 months later i called him and he dropped everything that evening to come and see me again. He gave advice on best way to present the property and made an appointment then and there for the photographer to come the following weekend to take the photos. During this time he was doing his homework getting potential buyers, after the first open for inspection he had 3 offers and after the 2nd and within 2 weeks of being listed he contacted me with 5 written offers. The offers he presented were excellent. He got me a sale price that I did not think was at all possible. I would certainly recommend Chaminda and his team to anyone looking at selling their property in the Lyndhurst area.
