Not only is Paul dedicated to selling, he has a team of “helpers” who assist the process. Although the sale of our house took longer than we anticipated, we achieved a good price at the higher end of Paul’s initial valuation, despite there being a bit of an end of winter lull in the market. Paul gave us a very economical advertising campaign cost, and his commission rate was less than the standard REIV rate.

We met Peter at an open a couple of years ago and when it can time to selling he just happened to be doing letterbox drops in our street. Paul and his team (Dwayne and Rachel) were fantastic. We had never sold a house before and Paul really took his time to walk us through the process, gave us realistic deadlines and expectations which he was able to exceed. The conveyancer company we used were useless, and Paul went above and beyond to make sure everything was kept on track all the while keeping a constant line of communication up and making sure we were comfortable with everything. Selling a house is a pretty stressful thing to go through, but Paul and his team were always willing to go that one step further to look after us.

Peter was a great agent. During the whole process Peter was very clear with his communicatio.
