This is second time I'm dealing with Ray White Cranbourne. Bought the house from them with Mark Simons being the agent. He's such a nice person that keep us coming back to them when it came to leasing out the property. Stefan Albanese and Bree Tucker were involved with the lease. Stefan and Bree are also easy to work with. Such a quick and efficient turnaround with the leasing out.

Once we were advised that we had been approved for rental of the property the staff of Ray White Cranbourne were very helpful with everything that we needed to do as things have changed dramatically from the last time that we had rented over 20 years ago & it was quite a minefield to navigate through the process

Ray white has been a good company to lease through, they always notified me via text/email with anything I needed to know. Card fees were a bit rough for paying monthly rent. Anne marie, was always great to deal with. Any issues were fixed within the week & I was kept in the loop on everything.
