From the initial meeting to recommend sales strategy and to advise us on what we needed to do to ensure a good sale, Paul provided us with excellent advice. He and his team then proceeded to implement the agreed plan. We were constantly advised of what activities Paul and his team had executed. A week prior to auction, Paul advised us of how the auction would be conducted and suggested what the appropriate decision points would be and set reasonable expectations. The auction was well conducted and expectations met and exceeded. I have no hesitation in recommending Paul and his team as a very professional and well run team.

Dwayne was very patient with me by showing me all the houses I wanted to see before making my decision. Then, he had to show my husband the top 2 that I picked out to make a decision. Dwayne sure did have to work for this one!!! He was very professional and patient with us; first time home buyers. It seemed that Paul oversaw things which was great even though I had full confidence in Dwayne. It's always nice having 2 agents working for you!! They were excellent!!

RayWhite agents responded in a fairly quick manner with questions and documents on the property but can be improved especially the service once offer has been accepted. Transaction was also fairly smooth.
