Chaminda is a very professional, highly skilled individual with a network of team working to assist him in his endevours. I would definitely recommend Chaminda for future property sellers and buyers as he understands the needs of his clients and yet, comprehends thoroughly what the market demands. He sets realistic expectations whilst working hard to excel further and beyond it. This makes for a person who works with his heart to bring about the very best possible outcome given any situation. I am immensely grateful to Chaminda to be my agent for the property. He surely delivered more than what I had expected.

I would be pleased to recommend Mark Simons to any other prospective vendors. He worked tirelessly to secure me the absolute premium priced for my home. Mark Simons has a positive communication style; he was always prompt with information regarding my sale and was always there to answer any of my queries. Mark offered valued advice to assist me in decluttering my home helping me obtaining the best price for my home. Often my poor health hindered the sale but Mark was patient with my needs and in his own time continued to check on my status. Mark’s friendship made the sale easy without stress.

Mark was excellent in helping us to put the right offer to win the bid. Easy to communicate with and straightforward to deal with. Only one recommendation and that is to help purchaser enure all additional clauses of offer are added eg. Building and pest inspection. Other agents I have dealt with asked me whether I wanted to add that particular clause in while Mark seemed to have forgotten.
Mark Simons
Great experience hope to deal with again.

My husband and I met with quite a few agents before we decided to sell out house with Kate. She was honest, personable and has an incredible track record of selling properties within the area. Her knowledge of the local property market is second to none and we were confident from the outset that we had chosen the right Agent. Kate was extremely patient with us and we are extremely grateful with the result that she achieved.

We first found Kate selling our neighbors house and she was highly recommend. We had never sold a house and we were very nervous about it, Kate calmed our nerves straight away, she helped us through the entire process and went above and beyond to help us. Kate got a fantastic price for our property and also helpt us find our new home. I would highly recommend Kates and will use for for any future sales.
