Definitely evident that Chaminda knows the area well and is a market leader in the area. You just need to drive around the area to see it! Paul was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgable on our first meeting. So much so, that before he left I agreed to engage him as my agent. While Paul officially sold the property to us our main dealings were with Dwayne who we found friendly, co-operative and professional. The most honest, genuine agent I have ever met. I never thought agents like him could exist. His main focus is to provide a premium service than how much commission he would get.
