We were so greatful for Paul's professionalism that we didn't have to worry about the process of getting our house on the market and up until it was sold. Matthew was completely transparent and willing to negotiate his rate of commission and guaranteed a lower rate if sale price was below my expectation. He provided all details of property sales in the past 6 months and had a lot of useful information regarding those properties and how they compared to mine. Matthew was very courteous to my tenant and assisted with setting up and putting back furniture for open day. My property sold on the first open day and he was able to negotiate the highest price possible.
