I felt kate and her team were very professional, she was open and honest from the start with the house value and got what she said she would. She wasnt happy with the first lot of photos so instead of just using them organized another shoot, and the photo board looked great! As this is my first selling of a house i didnt know anything and sometimes felt like i would havr liked some more communication but in saying that i may have just been a little impatient as i always knew what was going on. I am very happy with the quick sale and everything's worked out well.
