We feel respected as tenants and not just another number, and we really appreciate it. Our last property with them was sold and they were great through the whole process making an effort to minimise the inconvenience to us as much as they could for us. Chloe Cook was really understanding and sympathetic of our situation. She was extremely patient with our lack of computer skills and walked us through the application process. Chloe was fast with her due diligence and referee checks and hence we were fortunate enough to be chosen for the property which made us extremely happy as it was our first and favourite choice. I would highly recommend Ray White Cranbourne as an excellent real estate agency with property managers such as Chloe, I would only presume the same caliber throughout. The receptionist only ask how she may connect ur call, sounds like a robot. Then all the property managers and leasing consultants never answer the phone. What’s the point then. They might as well say they only communicate via email. Absolutely ridiculous.

My property went into the rental market at the wrong time of the year, during Christmas and New Years holidays. Ray White continuously held open houses throughout the period. Despite the low turnouts during the open houses, Ray White did not compromise on securing a quality tenant. It did take more than the average duration to get the property occupied, however, the agents did their due diligence and rejected around 4 applicants before recommending me the right one.
