It was a great experience having Peter help us sell our property in Cranbourne. We had tenants on a fixed lease until April 2017 so we wanted to ensure it all went smoothly without inconveniencing them too much. We also wanted to ensure they had first preference as they showcased our house immaculately and Peter advised that this contributed to us getting a great price. We had the property on the market for two weekends only. Whilst Peter received quite a few offers it was only when he received one that was for the price we wanted and who was also an investor which is what we were after that he considered it. I did not deal much with Chaminda, I mainly dealt with his partner Mark Simons. I was very happy with how everything went, very smooth and quickly. Only reason I didn't give Communication full stars because I was told the end of the street will not be opened up as a entrance to the newly built town houses. So buying into a nice quiet street as I thought will not become a very busy street. Ray White needs to research or find out correct information so the wrong information is not being told to the buyers.

Matt and his team did a great job selling our house. Within 14 days of signing up with him, Matt sold our house for above the top range advertised after only one open for inspection. He was also able to negotiate terms we were very happy with, including an expedited settlement, allowing us to move into our new dream home two months early. We found Peter on RateMyAgent and based on previous feedback hired him as our agent. This was the best choice we made.
