Kate was very upfront about the market and a realistic obtainable sell price. Kate was always in contact every step of the way. Kate managed to secure the sale for the price recommended by her even though the price was at the top end of the market for a unit. Based on other agents quoted sell price Kate's was higher but somehow she managed it. I would definietly recommend Kate to anyone looking to buy in and around Cranbourne as she has been in the locality for quite a few years, knows her market and whats happening in the area.

I asked Paul to get more than the top price we had set of $450,000 - he did and we exchanged for $451,000 and a shorter settlement which suited out tight budget situation. Also provided good suggestions on easy tidy up option and helped to make these happen on time. Great service.
