Circumstances required that we sell our home. We entrusted the sale to another "supposedly top agent" in Botanic Ridge. Paul's knowledge and experience in the Botanic Ridge market together with his confidence is phenomenal. A sale was quickly negotiated with a faultless contract and a stress-free period leading to settlement. That's exactly how it should be. We bought our home through Paul a couple of years ago and are kicking ourselves for not calling him first when it was time to sell.
