Mark's knowledge of the market and buyers are excellent. An offer came in after the 1st open for inspection which was on the low side, there was no pressure to accept the offer, he recommended to see what happens at the 2nd open for inspection before making a decision. Before the 2nd open for inspection the offer was increased which was accepted. Mark is a genuine/honest salesman and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him

Paris was a pleasure to work with while selling my Mum's house. He was very understanding that we just wanted to freshen the place up, get it on the market and get it sold ASAP. And this he did, and did it so well. Being busy people, he was able to make himself flexible to suit us, and only made contact if he had to, which was great for us. He was also generally interested in our family and personal lives which was nice too. We have dealt with many agents, and Paris is definitely one of the best. We would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent.
