After speaking with other agents, Chaminda was a clear choice for us. He noticed things about our home that the others didn't and that were important to us, and was friendly and polite throughout. Chaminda communicated clearly and ensured we were involved throughout the sale process, and got us a great result. I strongly recommend Chaminda!

Genuine person, easy to deal.

Peter was fantastic kept me up to date and sent me details of potential parties inspecting and enquiring about the sale of my house. He was very positive and very driven to make sure on auction day I got the price he knew my house was worth. He is a genuine, friendly, honest, hardworking and dedicated real estate agent and I will be referring all my family and friends to contact him if they ever need to sell in the future.

Paul is a pleasure to deal with. His vast knowledge and friendly approach makes the process of selling less stressful. I would not use any other agent to handle my property portfolio.
Paul Ringeri
Would not use any other agent inthe Berwick, Cranbourne, Narre Warren areas. Paul has sold 5 houses for me, all when I was a single lady!
Paul Ringeri
we found Paul to be a great person to deal with. His expertise and his knowledge of the botanic ridge area in particular was probably the main reason why we were able to purchase our property. Paul has a very good reputation and having now dealt with him we can see why.
Paul Ringeri
Circumstances required that we sell our home. We entrusted the sale to another "supposedly top agent" in Botanic Ridge. Unfortunately, misinformation and a lack of team leadership led to 2 failed sales costing us quite a lot financially. We turned to Paul Ringeri for help and that's what we got. Paul's knowledge and experience in the Botanic Ridge market together with his confidence is phenomenal. A sale was quickly negotiated with a faultless contract and a stress-free period leading to settlement. That's exactly how it should be. We bought our home through Paul a couple of years ago and are kicking ourselves for not calling him first when it was time to sell. From the moment we called Paul we knew exactly where we stood, what it will cost to sell and his marketing strategy. He kept us informed all the way to settlement. Paul also has Team Ringeri working with him ensuring that everything goes to plan. They are extremely efficient, friendly and nothing is a problem to them. Always willing to help. So...... we bought a home through Paul then got Paul to sell it, meaning we needed to buy another home. Who better to ask but Paul. He found us exactly what we wanted and we have just moved in. Couldn't be happier. Not that we'd want to do this again, but if we had to, Paul Ringeri would definitely be our agent. Would highly recommend him without hesitation. In fact, we already have, and the outcome was also very successful. What more can we say other than he is so honest and trustworthy. What he says is what you get. Jack & Jenny
