Amazing experience with Team Paul Ringeri!
Nothing but a smooth experience with Paul and Sam. He was nice and friendly upon meeting at the open house inspection and communication was never an issue. They were always keeping us in the loop as things happened and I loved how clearly structured the process was. They made a stressful process very delightful.

Sold after the first open inspection
As soon as we met Chaminda for an initial consultation, I knew he was the man to sell our house. He was professional, personable and really knowledgeable. Best agent by miles!
We were fully confidant in choosing Chaminda to sell our family home. He previously sold an investment property for us and did a flawless sales campaign and transition and most importantly reached our price expectation. Chaminda is very knowledgeable, open and honest and very professional. No false promises. He was always available on the phone or to meet us at the property. Responded to emails really quickly. Smooth sailing over many waves
From the first meeting up until the settlement day Chaminda kept me informed, always returned my calls, calmly delt with ups and downs during the process, and finally managed to sell my property during the lock down - absolutely amazing. Highly recommended and would use him again as my sale agent.

He was the one who helped us finding our first home in 2019 and now with our first investment property.
