I would highly recommend Mark's services as an agent

He went over and above throughout the whole campaign, connected us with well priced local tradespeople, was flexible, communicative and respectful; and sold after the second inspection with a price above the price guide. Mark is a good communicator
Mark is a good communicator and has been very thorough in his explanations regarding the process and steps. He has also been very accommodating, such as returning phone calls promptly and answering phone calls even during late evenings. Overall it has been a very good experience dealing with Mark throughout the whole process.

Paul Ringeri - Ray White Cranbourne
We enlisted Paul when it come to the sale of my rental propery. Paul is not only very professional & dedicated but also displays wonderful attention to detail. He was very caring and extremely patient with all the issues that arose when it come to selling our house - when we went into another Covid Lockdown, Paul would call to check in and update us quite frequently. Upon lockdown Paul was able to sell our house with that week! I honestly cannot recommend Paul & his team highly enough!

Mark has been so respectful
First of all I couldn't recommend anyone else for selling a property Mark has been so respectful , professional and all round good guy but the main thing property value, my family thought Mark's appraisal was too high now I know, was blown away with the price we finally sold for that being said it was on market for less than a week thanks to Ray White for having such great person such as Mark Simons on there team to sell my house was the easiest thing I've done for a long time .Thanks again Mark

Awesome everything
From go to wo I was impressed with everything Team Ringeri had to offer. Paul, as head honcho, is a great leader and his team has been guided by the best. Paul made selling, which is usually a stressful situation, fun and easy and his team were so organised. There was not one dot or cross missed. It was a wonderful relationship and he achieved better results than I expected.
