Mark Simmons is a very dedicated, self motivated and hard working man. His communication with us was direct and he has extensive knowledge in his profession. Our house sold within the first week once it was listed and even prior to listing Mark had prospect buyers take a look at our house. We couldn't be happier with our choice of agent , Paul immediately made us feel comfortable right from the start and we had full trust in him from the beginning , he was informative and his communication was impeccable throughout the whole process of selling our home. Paul is a very hard worker and went above and beyond to sell our property this was very evident in the amount of work he was willing to put in after hours and some late nights. As the review title suggests, Mark Simons, is in my view, an outstanding, professional real estate agent. From the time of interviewing Mark till property settlement, I was very much impressed with Mark and his client focussed manner of conducting business and dealing with people. Mark was extremely well dressed for the agent selection process. He was on time and brought with home a very comprehensive folder of material detailing the house, recent sales, comparative properties and a lot of helpful information. Mark was so calm in his demeanour and explained everything in an easily understood manner. Throughout the sales campaign, Mark maintained regular contact by telephone, text messages and emails. If I had cause to call Mark, he would always answer with “Hello Jeff, how are you’! This attention to detail (ie having my name and number in his telephone to provide personal service) demonstrated just how professional Mark is as an agent. As a client, I felt Mark had my interests at heart. He was always polite, on time and provided timely and valuable feedback and guidance. Overall, I really felt I could trust Mark to act in my best interests. Further, Mark demonstrated an very impressive knowledge of the market and the area.
