Matt’s approach is realistic and honest, he is very passionate about getting the best results possible, this is backed up by his exceptional market expertise. He filled us with so much confidence and always explained everything to ensure we were all on the same page at all times. I was a bit intimidated and thought he was a bit pushy when I first met Matt. But I soon realised it was because he takes high regard on what he does and takes his job very seriously. Being a first home buyer, Matt guided and helped to make sure everything fell into place. He is very professional and the first agent I came across who didn’t use COVID-19 to push a sale. A great example of a good real estate agent. Would I recommend him to others? Definitely!

Matt has a wonderful personality that made us feel comfortable about purchasing through him. Furthermore, Matt provided us with important knowledge that we were unaware of, and assisted us in making our dream of purchasing our first home a reality.

We were first home buyers, my partner I and it was very daunting to actually go through the process. But thankfully Matt was very helpful and considerate of our situation since day one. He was clear with given informations, he was very adaptable and approachable with questions we had. He made sure we had a good experience and that's what we got. Would highly recommend him and if ever a situation presents that we'd need a real estate agent again, I'd be glad to come back to him.
