The Kastens were known to us for a number of years through neighbours and friends. When it came time to sell our mother's home Peter and Bernadette were an obvious choice. From day one we were advised how the Auction would play out and remained very impressed by their consistent, relevant feedback at every stage of their marketing plan which ultimately delivered a very high degree of interest in the property. The Kastens made sure we were always kept abreast of any new developments or marketing trends which came to light. Be it analysis and statistics from open days and subsequent follow up or the progress of potential buyers registering to bid at Auction. The Kastens were relentlessly hardworking in the lead up to and on Auction day itself. The result was lively and competitive bidding by eight registered bidders in amongst a large viewing crowd.
