I’ve known Peter and Bernadette for many years and found them to be knowledgeable and up to date with what’s happening in the Wembley Downs property market. When it came time to sell a block a land that was to be created from subdividing a larger block, I said to Peter and Bernadette that if they had a buyer then let them know the land would become available towards the end of the year. Peter and Bernadette wrote two offers on the land despite the fact that the land wasn’t on the internet. I found Peter and Bernadette to be honest, reliable and hardworking and will definitely use them again.

We chose Peter and Bernadette to sell our home because we had met them several times over several years in various home opens around the local area. In particular we were impressed by the information we received which was delivered in a factual and impartial fashion. No pushy salesmanship! Peter and Bernadette kept discretely in touch with us and kept us informed without really knowing if we would ever sell or for that matter engage them as our agents. When we finally made the decision to sell our home it was a no brainer really, that is despite the fact that we are personally friendly with a couple of other agents. Peter and Bernadette presented us with a detailed but importantly, optional marketing plan. We were given solid advice as to what worked and what did not and once we had made our decision Peter and Bernadette delivered exactly what we asked for on time and without fuss. We had four or five home opens , l cant remember now how many but do recall that it was hard work consistently presenting our home in a saleable fashion time and time again. The marketing plan delivered a high level of interest straight away culminating in several offers and interested buyers. All the way through Peter and Bernadette kept us fully informed and provided reliable advice. Did we sell our home for the price we expected? No, but that was our problem, we had an emotional attachment, the market does not? Did we get a fair price, yes, Peter and Bernadette provided us with remarkably consistent information as to what the market consider our home to be worth. I can't say enough about Peter's efforts in helping us with the process of selling my Mum's house in what is certainly a difficult current day property market. Peter worked tirelessly and did a fantastic job of bringing people into and through the property, in the end showing over 90 individual groups through. It was that consistent hard work and effort that lead directly to the house selling at a price that we were all happy with. Peter should also be commended on his excellent communication skills, keeping us informed and fully aware of all situations and circumstances, both positive and negative, through weekly phone calls, up-to-date e-mails and meetings as and whenever necessary.
