Selling our house was the easiest stress free experience, thanks to Candie.
Candie's advice on how to prepare our house was invaluable. There was never any pressure and we followed her suggestions. The timing was essential to hit the market before Christmas holidays. Within 24 hours of signing the contract her painters were at work, closely followed by the electrician, cleaners and the carpet people. It was refurnished to sell within 2 weeks. After 3 weeks on the market we were delighted to have had an offer and acceptance contract signed for a very pleasing result. We highly recommend Candie if you wish to have the same stress free and happy experience .
