Great Communicator and Family man.
Stephane knowledge and professionalism was greatly appreciated. we were the purchasers and really helped us as if he were only working for us. He acted so promptly and gave us clarity on our standing quickly. Once each stage was met he was still happy to chat. He has a vast knowledge and history in the area which can only be described as a wealth of knowledge. He also is a family man and we picked up that he puts his family first when they need him. As a family business ourselves we love working with trustworthy and honorable people like Stephane. We are more than happy to recommend and would use Stephane again in the future.

You deserve 10 stars. The Deception Bay real estate Queen with a heart of gold. She's changed my life with a result I never thought possible, her phenomenal skills in negotiating got me $47k over other agents quotes. With the wrong agent selling your home is stressful but with Clare it was fun & exciting. I can't recommend her highly enough she's kind, polite, and genuine, tells the truth & believes in Deception Bay. Her reputation precedes her !!!

Stephane is the definition of ABOVE AND BEYOND.
Im pleased with Stephane, he is a great agent helping his vendor sell and move and also to help me as a buyer and renovate and coordinate trades and whatever is required to assist the deal. He is available and transparent and works closely with all parties. He calls me early in the morning and late at night to keep me posted which I appreciate. Helped every step along the journey
It's been many years since I last bought a property, so I really appreciated Stephane's close support whenever it was requested. He even followed through for me with some repairs which had to be carried out by the Body Corporate. They was never a glitch. What luck to find Clare Robins!
It was serendipity to choose Clare to contact when selling our home. It was already an emotional time moving my dad into care but Clare had all the compassion and professional experience in bucket-loads and apart from that we really hit it off! But her personality is such that I believe she is like that with everyone. She understands people. She also has a wealth of knowledge of the area and a very astute understanding of the market - two valuable assets! Clare didn't waste any time and within a couple of days she had arranged - with the help of her amazing team! - for photos, listings and two opens a week! She was in constant contact either via phone or email and I was always called as soon as an open was completed to bring me up to date on how it went and suggestions on our next move. Knowing how many other properties she had in her portfolio, it was extraordinary that at all times I felt she was exclusively working for us! And the proof of her success was seen as property after property was sold and shortly so was ours! Her determination to get us the best price in the time frame we were aiming for, with the type of property we were selling, was nothing short of amazing and at the same time subtly giving us reality checks which so helped!
