DGRE manages several properties for us in the Fremantle - Mosman Park area. The management team is very experienced, and is sensitive to both our interests as owners but - and this is important to us - the team is sensitive to the legitimate needs of those who are renting our properties. That is, the management team is both managing our properties effectively and for our benefit but also ensuring that this is happening in an ethical manner. The team is very responsive to any queries we have in relation to the state of the properties and for any other reason. This is especially important as one of the houses is our home, that we have rented out for several years while working or living overseas or elsewhere in Australia. Yes, we happily trust DGRE with managing our home for years at a time. The deep experience of the management team has been particularly valuable when difficulties arise, such as leaks in strata apartment buildings.
