Property Manager
We just rented a property through Steven Bennison, all dealings from our side with him were a pleasure. He was professional at all times, and looked after his clients asset whilst exercising common sense and accomodating our needs as best as possible. All in all a hassle free experience for all of us and it tops off the he is decent bloke with a great disposition. 5 Stars

Steven was very professional and communicated well in all his undertakings.
Steven met every challenge with absolute professionalism, a friendly attitude, good humour and patience. He ensured that our property was very well managed during the lease term and at hand over. We would thoroughly recommend Steven to any landlord who requires a property manager with such excellent attributes.

So Extremely Easy
Renting my property with Dethridge Groves was so easy. All team members were very lovely to deal with, always super quick to respond to any communication and everything was handled professionally and extremely promptly. First Class Service

Professional trouble free personalised service
DethridgeGroves is a very professional agency. They have great packages that are transparent and save you money over the course of your time with them. They work both in yours and your tenants best interests. They are ethical, they understand and advocate for both tenant and landlord rights. They have managed to find fabulous trouble free tenants for the duration of our contract and the only reason we are no longer with them is because we have sold our investment property. Each agent works with you on each stage of the process from listing, to vetting tenants, to managing the property. You can tell they have a defined service level agreement for selecting and retaining their staff and they consistently meet this. They are respectful and have great communication. All maintenance issues were addressed in a timely manner and were affordable. Honestly if you are leasing in Fremantle your property is in safe hands with Dethridge Groves.

Great Service
I was well impressed by the outstanding service provided by Dimitri, John and Steven from DG real estate Fremantle. They made managing my property a smooth and pleasant experience. They knew exactly what to do at every step of the process and gave me excellent guidance along the way. Specifically Dimitri who was extremely helpful and responsive. Great PMs (especially for first-timers like me!)
DG's property managers have been excellent to deal with and have made the whole process so far run extremely smoothly. Their experience and responsiveness in always answering my questions have put me completely at ease. As a new landlord, I'm comfortable knowing my property is in the best hands it can be. Definitely recommend this team for professionalism, proactivity and thorough PM services.
