Mario and Jessica the Dynamic Duo. I mainly communicated with Mario and occasionally, Jessica would share her perspective. You could tell selling my property was a Ray White team effort orchestrated by Mario. Believe me, these people are all over it. Sure they talk the talk as one would expect, but they back it by going above and beyond, keeping you updated verbally and via emailed data detailing their efforts. However at the end of the day, it’s results that matter most to the seller. In a tough market with peak interest rates, they brought me 10 registered bidders plus quite a few last minute attendees. Even the auctioneer seemed genuinely impressed at how many people Mario managed to attract. I didn’t quite get what I was hoping for (but more than pre auction offers and what I was told to expect) but without so many people competing I would have expected a poorer result. Also a shout out to Alex the auctioneer who read the crowd and squeezed as much as he could. Thanks Mario well done.
