We spoke to a number of agents before selecting Mario and Jess, and they stood out from the rest as they were prepared for the initial meeting. They explained the process they use to attract and get the most number of buyers at an auction, along with this they discussed marketing options and what else they could provide etc. In the end we signed up with Mario and Jess at Ray White Drummoyne, besides them being a friendly and personable couple, out of the agents we spoke with they were the best prepared for the meeting and were great at communicating what they had to offer and the process they used without the hard sell from them. Once we did sign up the entire process went very smoothly. They managed everything, tradies to do a few jobs, styling and marketing all done with lots of open communication and dialogue. When the property went to market, Mario and Jess again had the lines of communication open with regular updates on interested parties, text messages, phone calls and meetings. They almost became part of the family during the lead up to the auction with the calls. From what we gathered they developed the same relationship and rapport with potential buyers. They pulled in new buers and called on old ones they had workd with before. In what was a slowing market leading up to Christmas they managed to get 6 registered bidders to auction on the day. Looking at other auctions on around the same time and talking to the auctioneer and others , we were seeing in the same area, auctions with 1 or 2 registered bidders and a number passed in, so to have 6 registered bidders on the day with 3 or 4 of them actively bidding I was extremely pleased. During a slowing market, they made the process of selling easy, lots of open communication, they pulled potential buyers in and made what is typically a stress process easy, they really delivered and we had a excellent result on the day. I could not recommend Mario and Jess at Ray White Drummoyne enough.

Mario/Jess knew the Chiswick market exceptionally well. They know selling a property is one of the most stressful times in your life and they guided us through every step of the process and kept us updated. There was no pressure to accept offers but we know we got the best price based upon their efforts. Mario, Jessica and Staff, went above and beyond to sell my Mother in Laws unit. They were so kind and considerate to her needs. The outcome of the sale was above our expectations. They were absolutely fantastic. I couldn't fault them at all. Their Auctioneer was incredible as well.
