Really refreshing that George was in smart casual clothes as opposed to some sleazy suit. Honest and transparent about the price and outside interest. Had a relaxed but knowledgeable demeanour. We walked away feeling comfortable that I wasn't going to get mislead. Responded really quickly to our initial enquiry which allowed us to see the place and make an offer in less than 24 hours. Could have made life easier for the solicitor we were using by mailing the physical contract she wanted earlier but ended up hand delivering it which was pretty impressive. Overall really happy with the experience.
