Easy to deal with and works hard to get results
George is a very good communicator, he kept us updated with the progress of the sale of my apartment. He managed to sell it off market via his database and saved me the cost of advertising on the market. He managed to get us a buyer within 2-3 weeks. I really appreciate his team's efforts in delivering good results quickly. The apartment itself didn't sell for what I wanted but due to the market conditions and especially Wolli Creek being so dense, George achieved a very good result for us. He works hard to get to what you want and makes sure all goes smoothly between the buyer and seller.

Reassuring and approachable
We've just purchased a property in one of the busiest Sydney suburbs with the help of George and the team at century 21. From the moment we met George we were very impressed with his market knowledge and professional behavior. George helped us at each stage right from property inspection till we bought and finally moved in to the property. During my home loan process there were delays where George proactively helped us extending the cooling off periods. At each stage he kept us well informed with the comparable sales in the area and made us aware what we are buying is really a very impressive deal. Positive experience
I was originally looking to view an apartment in a building I liked but on the day of inspection someone had put a holding deposit down and so it was taken off the market. I asked George to please let me know if and when any other apartments were available in the building. A couple of weeks later, George contacted to let me know another apartment had become available, which I jumped at the chance of viewing before it had been advertised and ultimately I ended up purchasing. George and Paul were professional to deal with and helpful when experiencing difficulties with the vendor during the sale. I managed to find exactly the type of apartment I was looking for so overall a positive experience.
