Importantly, her responses to my many questions always came from her insatiable appetite to be challenged; like having to learn about the area, us and the local market. She impresses with her ability to research, learn and apply her professional knowledge to any situation. The target price she set herself exceeded my target for a house in an area outside her own. I've had various interactions with many real estate agents throughout the buying journey of my first home. In most times, these interactions would end up in frustrations. I have come across to situations where I would unintentionally engage in bid wars, where these agents desgracefuly would disclose offers back and forth in order to reach the highest price point possible. I must say that my experience with Ty was very much different to that. Upon placing a final offer, I had the opportunity to comete the diligence work and enquiries before exchanging contracts, had been given full attention and instructions which provided me with great confidence in the purchase.
