I've had various interactions with many real estate agents throughout the buying journey of my first home. In most times, these interactions would end up in frustrations. I have come across to situations where I would unintentionally engage in bid wars, where these agents desgracefuly would disclose offers back and forth in order to reach the highest price point possible. I must say that my experience with Ty was very much different to that. Upon placing a final offer, I had the opportunity to comete the diligence work and enquiries before exchanging contracts, had been given full attention and instructions which provided me with great confidence in the purchase. One month after settlement, I am here to say that I feel like I have done a great deal and am very happy in my new home. Happy days! Well done Ty. Keep up the good work.
