Best decision ever to work with Troy and his team from Ray White. I could not speak more highly of them. From the very beginning they were professional yet friendly and they made us feel comfortable with the whole process. Even in this crazy market they did not lead us into having unreaslistic expectations - although the end result we were delighted with. Communication throughout was exceptional and we were never left wondering what was happening. They were also mindful of not spending money unnecessarily. Other Real Estates we spoke to strongly advised us to have the property professionally styled but Troy did not think this would help us in our case so we were grateful that he saved us the thousands in doing this. We deliberately chose Ray White from Swansea to sell our House in Medowie; contrary to popular advice to choose an agent from the local area. Having met Troy and Ty at an open house whilst we were looking to buy, they were impressive in their friendly, professional manner underpinned by their obvious salesmanship talents; The difference - they genuinely wanted to help us. Their advice helped us on the ensuing path to selling our house. Consequently, after trying to sell by ourselves with moderated success, they sent Sally to help us. Sally is an amazing, bubbly lady with immense charm, poise personality and a cool head. Importantly, her responses to my many questions always came from her insatiable appetite to be challenged; like having to learn about the area, us and the local market. She impresses with her ability to research, learn and apply her professional knowledge to any situation. The target price she set herself exceeded my target for a house in an area outside her own. Not only did she get the target price she said she would, she exceeded it by almost 100K. Wow! Can't speak highly enough of this Standard setting lady and the rest of Ray White at Swansea. I've had various interactions with many real estate agents throughout the buying journey of my first home. In most times, these interactions would end up in frustrations. I have come across to situations where I would unintentionally engage in bid wars, where these agents desgracefuly would disclose offers back and forth in order to reach the highest price point possible. I must say that my experience with Ty was very much different to that. Upon placing a final offer, I had the opportunity to comete the diligence work and enquiries before exchanging contracts, had been given full attention and instructions which provided me with great confidence in the purchase. One month after settlement, I am here to say that I feel like I have done a great deal and am very happy in my new home. Happy days! Well done Ty. Keep up the good work.
