Professional and always polite!
From the day we invited him in our home, he has never dropped his "A" game. Ty has a lot of local knowledge and experience, always has a smile on his face. Very easy to deal with, always returns calls... Ty also does what he say's he is going to do! So, if you are looking for a great Sales Agent have a chat with Ty.

Ty helped to achieve our goal price
Ty became our agent due to unforeseen circumstances. He enthusiastically took us on as new clients, wanting to achieve the best result. Ty provided regular feedback regarding open house inspections and was mindful of the best time to communicate with me given my constraints with work, as well as the subsequent discussions required with my sisters as part of this process. When signing the agency agreement prior to working with Ty, we discussed a price that we thought was realistic in this current market.
