I liked this property listed with Ty, and he was able to get my wife and I in for a private inspection without any fuss. After the inspection, we knew we wanted to buy it and Ty negotiated acceptance of our "subject to sale" offer with the seller on the same day. Ty also referred us to an excellent conveyancer who prepared our own contract for sale within a couple of days. Before going to market, Ty had arranged a private inspection of our old home with a buyer who gave us a good offer that we accepted the same day. I've bought and sold several properties over the years, but this experience has been the quickest and smoothest, and I put this down to Ty's skill, professionalism and friendly manner.
