About James

With a focus on client relationships James not only manages the day to day running of Ray White Eastern Beaches but also oversees the Property Management division. This owner to owner relationship, across all the properties under management, allows each landlord the comfort in knowing that their asset is in the safest possible hands. Moreover as the exclusive auctioneer for Ray White Eastern Beaches, James is able to offer the agency’s clients a deeper involvement in each listing and an added advantage come auction day. With over 14 years experiences comes a natural ability to read a crowd and an innate understanding of buyer behaviour. James calls auctions for around 400 properties per year, with an extensive overview across all markets and demographics. He is hardworking and tenacious, helping clients achieve every dollar possible for their property. Having worked with some of the most renowned brands in real estate, James is proud to return to Ray White, the network he commenced his real estate career with.

Celebrating over 10 years in real estate, Bianca Lamey is an exceptionally well-rounded professional with an innate understanding of the industry. As Operations Coordinator, Bianca plays an instrumental role in managing the day to day operations across both of the Ray White Eastern Beaches offices. A licensed agent with previous roles in property management, sales and auction services, Bianca has demonstrated that she is a dynamic professional well equipped to handle the fast paced nature of the property industry. Excellent service!

I have been working with James Hayashi and Biance Lamey for a year. They are both extremely professional, very responsive, and totally on top of everything to assist with the management of my property. I worked with James shortly after purchasing an investment property in Randwick and he handled everything very well. He made a few recommendations to lease the unit, organised cleaners, managed minor renovations needed, and hosted multiple open house sessions to lease the unit as fast as possible. Once the unit was leased, his team continued to prove that they are a great partner to trust and work with. They are the best agency to work with in Sydney, highly recommended!

Solutions and attention to detail.

James, Bianca and Luke have been amazing with helping us prepare and lease our properties. They have helped solve numerous issues big and small, offering great solutions while nothing has been an issue for them. We got great rental tenants that we feel more than comfortable with and excellent rental returns. All of our outgoings are covered so we don’t have to constantly monitor. We highly recommend leasing with James and his team. 🙂
