Agencies in Darling Point, NSW, 2027

We rented our current place with Highland Double Bay and from the time we have viewed this property until now we have had a very professional experience with them. They have been very helpful with our communication with the owner and responsive with every aspect of our tenancy.

Good communication and market knowledge

My property was transferred to this agency after they acquired the previous one. I knew nothing about them and wasn’t sure what to expect. Liz Tarabay was assigned to manage the property. We then faced a difficult situation when renovations in the apartment below caused my tenant to leave. Liz handled the matter exceptionally well from start to finish. I would happily recommend this agency to anyone looking for professional property management.

We had our Botany apartment managed by The Blacket Agency, with Jacqueline as our property manager. As our first time as landlords, her management and knowledge made it a very seamless and positive experience. Jacqueline was professional, extremely efficient and responsive, and easy to deal with throughout the management of our property. Communication was clear and timely, and we always felt informed about what was happening with our apartment. She handled any queries from the tenant that arose efficiently and with minimal stress or bother on our end, which made a big difference as landlords. She went out of her way to make things easy with inspections and she always had our time prioritised. The leasing and ongoing management process was smooth, and it was reassuring to know our property was being looked after with care. Jacqueline demonstrated strong attention to detail and a good understanding of both tenant and owner needs. We would be happy to recommend The Blacket Agency, and particularly Jacqueline, to anyone looking for reliable and professional property management.

I have been fortunate enough to have Jacqui both sell and rent numerous properties of mine. She is the upmost professional (with a side of humour). She is honest and upfront about sale and rental prices so you know what you can realistically get whilst feeling like you’ve got a great outcome. As a property manager she consistently goes above and above - is quick to pass on any tenant feedback and give advice around what’s reasonable. I have full faith in her and Peter to get the best price and act on my behalf. As a repeat customer 4 x times I think this speaks for itself. Oh and did I mention the humour - it’s not to be overlooked in the sometimes over serious world of eastern suburbs real estate.

Jacqui and the team at The Blacket Agency have been nothing but responsive and professional in all aspects of managing our investment property. Their experience in the industry and pragmatic approach to resolving issues make the entire rental process a whole lot easier. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others who wish to make a change to a realestate agency that continue to deliver more than expected.
