Trusted, strategic, results-driven and a genuine partnership approach

This is the second property I’ve sold with Augusto (this time downsizing), and again I’m thrilled with the outcome. Augusto and his team, including Sion and Amelia approached the campaign as a true collaboration and partnership. They were consistently responsive, respectful in understanding my needs and aspirations and 110% professional, always with a consultative style and strong market knowledge. What stood out most for me is their personalised, straight-talking and pragmatic approach. No BS. They provided balanced, strategic advice throughout and worked diligently to achieve a strong result. Beyond Expectations in a Challenging Market

I’m writing this review just hours after the successful sale of my property by lead agent Augusto Gerocarni, supported by Jesse Petersen, with Amelia Bortolazzo as Business Manager. This team delivered far beyond my expectations. I decided to sell at the end of last year when the market was thriving and sales in my building were reaching record highs. I invested heavily in renovations and marketing, but almost overnight the market shifted - interest rate rises and global events changed everything. I was in shock at how quickly things turned. Throughout this, Augusto and his team remained calm, strategic and completely committed. They reassured me they had my back and would work tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome and they absolutely delivered. Communication was exceptional. From day one, they set up a WhatsApp group and kept me informed at every stage. I always felt across everything happening. The final days were intense, with complex negotiations nearly derailing the deal. Augusto navigated this with outstanding skill and composure, finding solutions under pressure to secure a great result. Jesse was equally impressive - highly skilled, strategic and a constant, reassuring presence. Together they are an exceptional team. Amelia ensured everything behind the scenes ran seamlessly with incredible organisation and attention to detail. Beyond their professionalism, they are genuinely lovely to deal with. They brought warmth, ease and even some fun to what could have been a very stressful process. I’m incredibly grateful and would highly recommend them.
