I have sold a lot of properties and so have dealt with a lot of agents. Angus and his team made the process so easy. They arranged quotes & coordinated trades in “freshening” up my unit while I was away to get it ready for sale. The sales team were so professional and efficient. No time wasted. Communication was clear, helpful and efficient. I appreciated Angus’ “can do” attitude and he got it done. He seemed to really be able to understand the potential buyers as to where they were at & communicate that to me. He took time and care negotiating with our eventual buyer and got a price we were happy with well before auction. I would recommend Angus - he sells a lot of property but when negotiating the sale I didn’t feel I was 1 of many - I felt he cared, my sale mattered and he worked hard for it. I think initially some may feel he is not for them in selling (the top gun) but through the process, I noted he is a genuinely nice guy as well. BRAVO Angus and THANKYOU.
