We bought a commercial property with Augusto and Sion in Waverley and needed to sell a unit in Tamarama as a result. Augusto and Sion were wonderful to deal with during this nerve wracking time. They negotiated a longer settlement for us with the purchase which allowed us time to sell the unit. Due to their professionalism and tireless work ethic the unit sold less than a month of buying and the pressure was off us. We would highly recommend Augusto. He was always respectful and very honest and always clear and upfront in his communication to us. Best experience we have had with a realestate agent. We will definitely use Augusto and Sion again.
