The present person in charge takes a lot of effort to manage the property and knows what is happening in the property.The previous management operated from their office desk and did not visit the tenant and as a result the tenant did things the way he wanted. A few years ago the tenant complained to me that the electricity wiring was faulty due to frequent power outages.I got my electrician to check the entire house and he found the fridge to be faulty and de-commissioned the fridge and instructed the tenant to buy a new fridge.
