Arvin conducts his business withgreat passion, honesty and integrity.
It was a lucky day eight years ago when I met Arvin Acosta. Arvin has been very respectfully contacting me over the years asking if I wanted an appraisal on my home. When the time came to sell, he was an obvious choice and I wasn’t disappointed. He has been such a pleasure to deal with. As a single older woman selling my house has beena very emotional experience for me and Arvin was very supportive and understanding. He embodies honesty and integrity and conducts his work with great passion. Arvin helped me achieve the price I wanted for my townhouse and I couldn’t be more thrilled. I would not hesitate to recommend Arvin to anybody who is interested in selling their home.

Selling house
Arvin is such a wonderful Agent who helped me sell my two houses. He guided me through the process and I felt comfortable doing business with him because I knew He was competent. He has lots of knowledge, patience and very hardworking. He is professional and will give you options. I will always come back to him if ever I will sell or buy a house because I know that I am in good hands. I highly recommend him to every one who is thinking to sell or buy a house.

Professional, Reliable, and Informed, Selling Made Easy
This is the second time I’ve engaged Dean to sell my property. During most of the selling period, I was traveling. Dean provided timely updates, including the number of potential buyers, contract downloads, inquiries, and changes in the market. The way he communicates instills confidence in achieving a successful sale at the right price. I highly recommend him to friends looking to sell in the inner city, inner west, and even as far as the south-eastern suburbs. His attitude and knowledge of the areas he operates in are exceptional.

Easy to deal with and honest
Dean was more than accommodating with my inspections I requested and answered all my questions. The whole process was super easy and he even came to my work after hours so I could sign the contract! He helped me the entire way.

Carl took the stress out of selling and delivered on the result
From beginning to end, Carl provided excellent market guidance and insights. We had regular meetings to discuss his strategy for the property, feedback from the open houses and how to approach auction day. I was always well informed, and no matter how small or detailed, he welcomed all my questions and made time to address everything. Selling my home was already a big decision to make, but as nervous as I was, I felt completely across everything and confident leading up to the auction. And I'm pleased to say that the approach and strategy resulted in a very good outcome. Carl was very professional and knowledgeable, and I would recommend him without hesitation.

Dean Sawdy impressed me when he sold and exchanged my unit within a week. He negotiated a top price while juggling clients and inspections. Good agent to deal with
As a purchaser, I cannot really comment on whether I was satisfied with Carl regarding the final agreed price, because I always felt it is in the interest of the agent to obtain a high price. However, the negotiation process itself was smooth, and Carl was always attentive to any questions raised and was prompt in replying. He did come across as a diligent sales agent I could trust, which I find uncommon in my previous experiences with sales and purchases (and I have had many!).
