The family business (established in 1956), went on to sell the vast majority of homes in Haberfield for many years, and Alfio has personally sold more than any other agent in the area. Starting as a Junior Property Officer and Insurance Clerk, he progressed through the ranks to Company Director and Principle. He is currently a licensed Real Estate and Business Agent as well as a Registered Valuer, and also holds a Certificate of Competency for Financial Planning. His community roles have included Councillor with the Australian Society of Real Estate Agents and Valuers, President of the Haberfield Chamber of Commerce, and President & Treasurer of the Inner West Chamber of Commerce. Alfio has experienced all market conditions, continues to break sales records and consistently exceeds price expectations. He does this with unrivalled personal service that, to industry newcomers, may seem old fashioned, but the results speak for themselves. Good experience in all aspects of an often-hard space

David had been managing a property for us for several years -always great to deal with. We recently needed to sell a family property, so we spoke to a few agents in the area of the property re selling. In passing mentioned it to David -he said he was interested saying selling out of area was not a problem. After considering all proposals we decided to go with David. Right decision - easy and efficient to deal with, great communicator every step of the process, always available and went over and above to facilitate the sale. Definitely recommend David as an agent for both selling and managing. He is a breath of fresh air when doing a transaction in the stressful and emotional space of selling real estate.

Exceptional service

David Mirabella and his team were exceptional. Their approach was professional and positive. They secured a smooth sale and an excellent price for our investment property.
