Great communicator, insightful, driven and positive
Our experience with Kristian was overwhelmingly positive. He was very responsive, driven and brought great energy and ambition to the task. He was very easy to deal with and made what could have been a very stressful experience quite fun. His knowledge of the market was very good and he predicted what would eventuate with the sale with remarkable foresight. He also has a real passion and genuine interest in the Haberfield area. He was really wonderful to work with and I recommend him highly.

Good experience in all aspects of an often-hard space
David had been managing a property for us for several years -always great to deal with. We recently needed to sell a family property, so we spoke to a few agents in the area of the property re selling. In passing mentioned it to David -he said he was interested saying selling out of area was not a problem. After considering all proposals we decided to go with David. Right decision - easy and efficient to deal with, great communicator every step of the process, always available and went over and above to facilitate the sale. Definitely recommend David as an agent for both selling and managing. He is a breath of fresh air when doing a transaction in the stressful and emotional space of selling real estate.
